As a HelpLine Advocate, Devan is part of a team helping Mainers navigate the complicated world of public and private health insurance. She is a certified Maine Enrollment Assister.
Devans’s prior experience includes working as a Patient Advocate at a large cancer treatment center. Since then, she has dedicated herself to helping consumers navigate coverage options. Devan finds it especially rewarding to help consumers surmount barriers to accessing health care and locating support through various resources. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maine at Augusta.
