Employers may offer a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) rather than health insurance. There are two types of HRAs that impact eligibility for Premium Tax Credits at the Marketplace - Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) and Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA).
