The DHHS Office of Family Independence will send you a notice of decision. If you are enrolled in text or email messaging, you will be notified that there is a notification in the message center in your mymaineconnection.gov account. Otherwise, you will receive a letter in the mail.
If it takes them longer than 45 days, you may be able to get temporary coverage until you get a decision from DHHS.
