Consumers for Affordable Health Care (CAHC) is seeking full-time, (37.5 hours a week) HelpLine Advocate to help Maine people find and enroll in quality, affordable health care coverage and navigate other health coverage related programs.
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate advocate for consumers. They must be able to understand and navigate public and private health coverage and safety-net programs and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is an opportunity to help people navigate the health system and access quality health care that they can afford.
CAHC’s offices are physically located in Augusta, and there are times when staff will be required to report to the office. Depending on the candidate, however, many of the required job responsibilities may be performed remotely, within the state of Maine.
